This is actually a two parter. First, I'm planning to add a 2.5" suspension lift and mounting 33x12.50s. Can I use the stock rims? Second, I gave my dad a shopping list of parts for the front disc swap and will be doing that as well. Will the stock rims fit with discs? with spacers? Well maybe a two and a half parter.:v6:

The stock rims are 5"wide, those 33's are too wide, and don't fit the 11" drum brake conversion unless you trim the backs like I did.

Even the 8" K-H wheels of that period won't work with discs.
Look for some later CJ wheels (72-up) or get some of the current steel "wagon-wheel" types. I know Quadratec has some Cragars in white or black for under $35 each...

15x8 wagon wheels will work well. You could go to 15x10. I bought mine at a local tire shop new for $36/pc.

Hey thanks guys. I had a feeling they wouldn't work. I saw the Cragers and figured that's what I would do if they didn't.:v6:
