So how does the t-14 stack up against the t-90 ?? When Wheelie and I got Rustys tub off we discovered I have a t-14....

In my opinion better. It has syncro'd 1st-2nd and 2nd to 3rd. The t90 doesn't. It has beveled gears which are quieter. I have wheeled mine a bit with no problems. If you rebuild one pay close attention to the gasket for the front bearing retainer as the factory and replacement gaskets cover to much of the front oil hole and starve the bearing. The gears in the t14 are just as heavy as the t90 and if comparing it to a t90A the t14 has a better 1st gear ratio. My .02ยข.

Another vote for the T-14 , plus I dont think it gets that annoying auto pop out of 2nd gear feature the T-90 has.
Thanks for the rebuild tip Mike , one of my part jeeps I think has a T-14 so I might need it ;)
