FINALLY going to be installing the powertrain tonight (its only been a year)! I've got the new clutch fork and will be bolting everything back together and installing the combo (AA motor mounts are welded in). Got a case of coke to drink, a pizza ready, the heater is full of fuel, and the garage radio is tuned in!

Question...what type of "sealant" should I use between the transmission (t90) and the t-case, and are the case bolts suppose to be torqued? (i've already got the clutch pressure plate torque specs).

    Can't wait.

Perform a search on sealants in the CJ5 forum some good article on gasket sealers there. Not sure about torque specs, but if you did a search on that I'm sure you'll fine em.
