Carrollton Police have video from the storage facility with the truck and possibly a license plate. They have the license info and vin of the trailer. BUt honestlyI doubt I will see it again. Or if I finally do it will be all beat up and useless.

MAn that sucks , I just had another posibility. How about a horse trailer , they have living quarters up front already and it wouldnt take much to open up the back end.

Not on the one that was stolen. I have it on my new gooseneck though.

I also have a good set of locks on it now too. Unlike before.

Carrollton PD was not able to get any info on the truck from the video. So the trailer is gone. it sucks but that is the way it is.

At least now I have a 20 ft gooseneck I can build my camper on. :D

I've had similar ideas...one was to build a frame of sorts about 6'-6" tall and have some canvas material made into a tent the same size and shape of the trailer.

Another was to buy an enclosed trailer to serve 3 purposes 1. to store the jeep @ home. 2 to haul the jeep and 3 to sleep in @ campgrounds

John there is a guy that rides with a club I tag along with from time to time that has a set up like your talking about. He has some 20' pieces of aluminum that he puts on one side of the trailer and bends across to the other side. Then he had a tarp made to cover it all. Once its done it looks like a covered wagon, but its really nice. I plan on doing something similar when I get some other trailer projects done.
