How to remove wiper arms

    How do I remove the wiper arms from the shafts on my '75? I think the PO put them on wrong as I can't adjust the wiper blades to keep them from hitting the window seal. I can't find anything in my books about removal.

    There's a clip on the back that you need to pull out away from the shaft before sliding it off. I just did this not too long ago.

    Not all have the clip.

    I just gently pried mine up/off with a flat screwdriver moved, slid back on.

    I used a pair of pliers and gently wiggled mine off the post.
