Pulled the engine, trans, and T/C today. Up to this point hadn't broke a bolt one. Well started w/ 2 of 4 exhaust bolts(actually 1 stud and 1 bolt). Still thought it was going good, then the trans mount bolts locked up on me and I cut them. Then, what engineer had the bright idea of putting the oil pump housing right in the way of the right engine mount bolt. Then my bright *ss pulls the five housing bolts and never thought to take off the filter and look for another bolt. Anyway I'll be needing a new oil pump housing. But the engine/trans/tc is out of the frame and I'm frickkin done for the day. Had to pop the top on the bottle of absolute thats been in the freezer for a month. Saluda!!! Damn, need a martini glass smily.

Sanding and wire brushing and more sanding and probably some bleeding and sore back muscles and maybe a headache or two.

You've got to bleed a little while you sing, 'lest the words don't mean a thing...

Cult's "Heart of soul" from "Ceremony"

Just keep some Mandages around. (Duct tape and paper towels)

A housing is a housing. Let me know what you need for it. Quick repair to damage done by my own hands is priceless.:v6:
