BOP Bellhousing ?

    Measuring my Buick bell....Top across holes on-center 8.25 -- bottom 9.125 (11PM eyeball tapemeasure)

    Sheesh what was I thinking ;)

    I did measure the correct end for the bellhousing to bolt to didnt i? :?

    Im not used to swapping bellhousings R) My autos always had them made on

    Jeepfreak = Newb to this aspect of building a jeep R)

    Yeah, what I did was give you the trans measurements, not the adapter face that you see there. That chunk of cast iron on the front of the trans is the adapter to the GM bell. Then there was a spline conversion to give the Jeep trans a GM input. T-86, T-90, and T14 used a version of the adapter plate like you have. Later, Jeep made the one-piece bell and got rid of the adapter for just the T14 on the V6.

    You need the std GM/Buick bell. I sold my last one a while back keeping the one I have for my 70.
