Remote Oil Pressure Gauge for 72 CJ5

    Can anyone recommend an oil pressure gauge for my 72 CJ5 with the 304 that has a sender unit and gauge instead of the tube style? I was thinking that the 304 was used well beyond 72 so there must be a setup that doesn't require bringing oil back through a tube to the dash!

    Lots of aftermarket gauges that are electrical that you can use. Personally I prefer mechanical for oil pressure but that may just be me.

    Most all the aftermarket guage manufacturers offer electric oil pressure that come with the sending unit. Most auto parts stores don't carry them but should be able to order them. I have to go with sparky on preferring mechanical over electric though. I have had too many sending units go bad and my first thought has always been the oil pump. You don't have to worry about much with mechanical.
