Does anyone have any sources for one of these? I just called 4wd and they said they only have back to 72. The website says they have the bellcrank for a 4 cylinder would that work? The clutch linkage rod pulled through the hole on one of the tabs think I could weld it?

Yes. The CJ rebuilder's manual details how to do that, IIRC. My buddy welded up mine; I just used a thin file to round out the hole. No probs since. :)

sure, weld it solid and redrill. check the rest of the linkage (rods and tabs) for more of the same about to happen.

I made new tabs/linkages for mine. I used hardened threaded rod (5/16") and helm joints. think I made the tab 1/8" longer (and moved the hole up)too, but I can't remember
