Ok. I got 8 of 9 body mounts (both cab and frame side) fabbed and installed this weekend R) (12+ hours). Of coarse mount 9 of 9 left me stumped . It's the mount under the front grille. As seems to be the case on my stubborn ole' rusty Jeep, 5 rounds of heating, beating and PB left me with a broken bolt  . The real problem is the welded nut broke loose from the body (this happened on all 8 of the others also). It wasn't an issue on the others, but this one appears to be enclosed in a welded 'box' if you will. I'm thinking the only way I can replace the nut is to cut a rectangle out of the backside (engine side) large enough to get a box wrench and a new nut in. Any one have any better ideas? I can't even see the nut at this point. I'm only guessing it's in there based on the sections in the FSM.

Speedy didn't have the welded nut. It was a bolt the held the grille in place. Can you replace it with a bolt?

I just drilled a few holes in the sheet metal and rewelded the nut to the grill section. This happened to me too and this process worked for me. The fastener is a threaded peice of flat bar stock. Try this before you cut up your grill.
