Fuel Filter Type 1974 232

    I bought an in-line fuel filter for my CJ, and when I went to replace it I couldn't find the original! It looks like there isn't anything between the fuel pump and carberator. That's not suprising on this Jeep; the previous owner hacked it up pretty bad. My Haynes shop manual lists an in-carb fuel filter for some CJs, did the 74 232 have one? Autozone says no, but I thought I'd ask here.

    There is a filter in between the fuel pump and the carb. At least there should be. It is just a standard in line filter with no fancy features.

    Thanks. I'll install the one I bought at Autozone then. Everyday I find something missing on this Jeep...
