    I am picking up a 65 cj with the four cylinder in it. I think I can get the seller to throw in a 225 from another 65/66 that he has. I am not planning on swapping it in yet but may down the road. I have done a bit of research of some of the info on this site and from what I can tell the 4cyl and the v6 came with different tranny's....Two questions?

    1. Am I correct in that statement about the tranny's ( I know you can't say for sure without me verifying it by sight but I am looking for just law of averages here)

    2. If so would I be smart in getting him to kick in the tranny from the v6?
