I think both your Jeeps look great Therapy!

Can you recommend some good spots to wheel at up there? Don't suppose you've ever been to Drummond Island?\

Thanks Eh, I haven't wheeled Drummand, Yet! Not sure if I can link to another board on here so I won't. But we have a small club up here and try to do a club run a couple times a month. Today is a Halloween poker run. Should be a riot. It is being held at one of our more common wheeling locations with the cards being hidden beyond some of the typical obstacles. Gps coordinates are given.

One of our regular posters just got back from Drummand.

That black tube would be the stock oil fill tube on an AMC V8.

The upper radiator hose was nice and leaked for me at both ends. For some odd reason I really struggled to get that one to seal. Hopefully it is dry now.

You talking about the tag on the right valve cover? It's a 74 2V 360 according to the tag. I had the 4V manifold from another motor. I didn't look up the head castings as they had the bridged rockers. As far as I know the heads with that style bridged rockers and dog leg ports were all the same?

I finally got to take the thing out and thrash on it a little. It now has plenty of power going to the ground. I had a couple of anti freeze leaks. Upper radiator hose as someone pointed out, both ends tho. The thermostat housing also leaked. Have both of those leaks under control. No more evidence of a leak at the rear main. That leaked when I primed the oil pump.

I have some fears that the three speed in there isn't going to last long. I have the T-18 in the corner as my next project. I do have some hopes of scoring some lower transfer case gears while I am putting the T-18 togehter. My goal is to put the T-18 in when plowing is done this spring.
