rear outer corner body mounts

    Mine are the same way, but the heap is so tore up that I have not even thought about fixing that rust yet,

    i bolted a piece of angle iron directly threw the rear corner and the dimond plate it has been fine for a couple of years.

    In my experience what happens is mud/dirt gets in there & hold the moisture in. I'd sandblast through the holes & spread lots of something like POR 15 around in there. Drill a couple of holes largish holes in the vertical part of the mounts so you can periodicly flush the crud out with a hose. Might be a good idea to do the same with the hat channels as well-

    New mounts are available from Classic if you feel the need.

    thanks.R) ill get some por15. yeah the mud that was in there was so old it had to be ground out with a grinder.R)
