T-176 install

    Started on my T176 install last night. Got the tranny and trans case ready to go so I pulled my old one. When I got my bell housing out I held it up to my 176 and found the mating surface way to small. I have a stock V6 bell for a T14. The 176 lower bolt holes hang so low theres nothing there to drill. Looks like I going to convert to a Buick/GM style bell housing. I looked at the Novak adapter but it to is for a GM style bell. I did find a bell housing at a local swap meet for 75.00. Any suggestions?
