I am rebuilding a 1965 M38A1 and wanted to install a fuel injected carburetor with my 134 f head motor. Holly makes a 2bl fuel injected carb with a 400 cfm rating. The upgrade requires an electic distributor and i cannot find one.
    Anybody have any suggestions?

Specifically what it needs is a signal to tell it how fast the engine is turning. I am not sure what type of ignition the 134 uses but in later engines you just take the feed off the negative side of the coil. The Holley kit is a modified GM TBI system. If you want some mor information or maybe an interesting project instead of the holley check out... http://www.megasquirt.info http://www.msefi.com Even if you decide to go the Holley route there is lots of good information about how fuel injection systems work there.

The term you should be looking for is Throttle Body Injection not Fuel Injected Carb.
