Dana 30 vent tube?

    I guess I might be getting blind but I cannot find the vent tube on my 74 CJ5 Dana 30. Help?

    Yep. (I'm running a '74 D30 in my '71) Mine was packed with ancient sand when I found it... hard as concrete. :D

    specifically, it's on top of the differential housing. as you look at it from the front, it's slightly to the right of center, behind the "ridge" that the cover bolts to.
