Tempture for fuel vaporization?

    In about a month i will be switching to a 2bbl intake to go along with my mc2100 carb. This intake is water heated i am wondering if a 180*F thermostat is enough for the fuel to properly vaporize?

    180 will do fine,160 will work also.
    heater will work better with the 180
