The t14 and transfercase mount, does not bolt to the cross member like pictures, it uses a "L" shaped steel bracket and a F-head motor mount bolted to the inside of the frame rail..

You've got the crossmember in the wrong location. In the second pic, that mount on the t-case is what bolts to the frame, not the crossmember. Need to slide the crossmember back a few inches. There should be a dimple in the crossmember that recesses for the t-case. The T-14 bolts to the crossmember, not the D18.

Crossmember and skid removed. Look closely in the far left of this pic and you can see the bracket bolted to the frame. Notice how the tranny mount sits several inches forward of that location:

I'm missing the bracket that attaches the t-case to the frame. Never was there. The PO had fabbed the little flat plate in my second pic. I was always suspect of it since it looks like it would flex under torsional loads.

Guess I need to go find some 1/4 x 2 flat stock and get to work.

Mmmm.... Not quite there yet. Outboard side of the frame rail has a tub support bracket. Right were it would be convienient to put a bolt.

Does anybody have a pic of this bracket I don't have and have never seen?

Top of the pic on the right frame rail. Body mount is to the outside:
