vacuum wipers

    This CJ5 has four wiper motors...the morphed windshield has the vacs on top. There is NO way the two mounting screws (slot) will come out...the bolts did.

    What's the best way to remove those wipers (slotted screws) without power tools?

    Brad Rabideau more Jeeps than sense...

    Only way I can think would be with some kind of power tool, grind the heads off. Maybe take the whole windshield. With the upper hingers and what appears to be an original rear view mirror there are enough parts to justify it. Just a thought...
