231 Exhaust manifolds / headers

    I would lke to replace my orginal exhaust manifolds on my 231 Buick which is in a 1971 CJ 5. My concern is the drivers side and the steering, and that the manifold runs forward rather than to he rear like the passenger side. Any ideas on after market headers?

    It's just two right side manifolds.

    Some jeep commandos with the buick 225 had rear facing manifolds on the drivers side. There are a few companys that make headers for your engine. Do a little forum searching and you'll find a few posts that'll answer your ?.
