Intake Manifold Question

You guys might have seen the intake manifold I had for sale in the classifieds a couple weeks back. I ended up selling it to Rob (wisepickn) and he emailed me over the weekend. I am afraid I might have sold him an intake that doesn't fit our engines. Here is the email he send. Any insight would be appreciated.

"Hey Mike,
I was getting around to swapping out the manifold today and was surprised after I glued it all in place that the exhaust ports aren't fully covered. Do you know of any reason Jeep would have made multiple manifolds? I've scratched my head on this one and I'm at a loss for why it comes up short. Everything fits like a charm but right in the middle on either side there is an eight inch gap exposing exhaust ports. Any advice on how this is or who to ask would help. The numbers I got off the manifold I got from you were 1378704-E and my old manifold reads B-1262204-A."

1378704-E is a 225 :v6: , i got two intakes with that number on. as for the other number.......maybe a 231 intake? i dunno:?

 

um yea, quick google search showed B-1262204-A being a 231 intake.

 

So it sounds like Rob has a 231 and not a 225. I love this forum. Thanks Stalin for the fast response.

 

It looks like he has a 231 and not a 225. Does anyone have a 231 manifold laying around they would like to swap for a 225 manifold? I will spring for shipping both ways.
