what would you do? keep the top w/s wipers with boat wiper motor or upgrade to bottom wipers. Since I have upgraded all the safety things like brakes and steering and have a glass tub this isn't a restoration. I do like the look of the top wipers and it does help keep the early look but not over safety.

I was thinking the 69-75 frame but I can get whatever frame.

After spending years bending my neck trying to see stop lights with the top on I'd say bottom mount wipers with the arched glass ('69-'75 style) UNLESS you have a ventilating early style windshield. Then that would be the choice for the coolness factor.... Nickmil

Definitely bottom wipers then. If you had the 68/69 style you don't gain much, other than the wiper motor.

If I get the 69-75 then is that the year soft top I would get later?

First choice is vented windshield. One just sold on Ebay for $152 bucks.

Second choice is top wipers if you are short like me and have no problem seeing out, the top wipers are cool. Bit I woud only use top mount if I could find good quality motors and blades. Marine grade is what I'm looking for.

Last choice is bottom mount wipers.
