    I'm thinking 2" of lift, 31's, bumpers and rocker rust removal probably with custom rectangular sliders.

    Sweet , I think it would look real good with the lift and tires you mentioned.Is it missing the headlight bezels?

    I have one headlight bezel in the garage and a grill that is perfect, no dents.
    I have been watching ebay for a bunch of stuff.
    I would love to find a half cab for it.

    Greg - swing by and you can see the Alcan Springs we put under the '72 this weekend. Er, well the front is on and I have to weld the rear perches on tonight to finish it up :)

    Yup - finished the back tonight. Will have to take some pics :) 'cause with those meats he wants to run she'll need some trimming.

    Lookin good. Are those 33x12.50's? I tried to test fit my dads 31x10.50's and they hit fender in the rear.. I think ill end up going the Alcan route eventually.

    They are a 305/70R16 - they would not fit on my '51 as the wheel well was too small.

    Finally got the brakes bled, still pulls to the right something fierce.. gotta figure that out.
    Also changed both rear U-joints, and the oil. Also swapped the grill out, that twisted front bumper will be the next to go..

    Its was an extra that came with the Jeep. Its not chrome though, just well sand blasted over the years. Now that I look it really does look chrome in the pics..
