Has anyone installed a micro-lock brake control in their Jeep? I am interested in knowing how they are to be plumbed into the brakes. I am still running the stock, frame mounted, single reservoir mastercylinder.

FWIW, it's a Mico lock. I've edited the thread.

From the master cylinder to the Mico-Lock, then on to the brakes. The Mico-Lock is NOT a substitute for the parking brake by the way as a hydraulic failure or bleed down in the brake system will render it useless. It's a great unit for short term though, like winching.

One of the great things they are good for is when you are on a steep hill or something and have to start your engine. You can push in the breaks and set the lock. Then you can start your engine with one foot on the gas and the other on the clutch and don't have to try and work all 3 padels with only 2 feet.R) On the older JEEPS with the floor starter, it was almost a must have to start up on a hill. I used to love them.:)
