Anybody have an idea on what bolts sizes/threads counts are needed for the intake, timing cover, etc. I wanted to order a full stainless kit, but it doesn't look like I'll have the time.

Joel: Try ARP (Automotive Racing Products). There in Ventura CA. They have a list of most everything in SS or carbon. I think they have a good list in Jeg's & Summit.

    Adding a little "Bling"?

Or better yet find it in stainless and put a polish on it!

ARP is unlikely to help in time. I want to purchase them locally, but don't know the bolt sizes and don't have the block/intake to check them.

Joel: Try a local "Speed Shop" if you have one there. I got my carb studs here in Havasu from "South Coast Stainless". they sell SS fastners to the local Harley, Boat and Hot Rod crowd here.

I haven't seen any classic speed shops, only import shops.

Joel: That's wierd. There were at least a half dozen of them in the SFV. Got the one that I mentioned here, plus "Copper State Nut & Bolt", and "West Coast Fastners".

Check out the Yellow Pages for Auto Speed Shops.
