first bumper build... what do ya think?

    A buddy helped me out last night and did all the welding, helped me with the angles etc...
    here is the plan. I have 3 backing plates, 1/4inch stock, two are behind the crossmember outside the frame on both sides. the second behind the crossmember and between the frame rails, its a single 1/4inch plate that runs f inside of each frame rail.

    the plan is to bolt my new bumper through the tubing, crossmember, and to the backing plate. thinking 8 bolts. one on each end, 2 on each D-ring mount, and 2 in the middle ....

    thoughts? suggestions..
