D 27 vs D 30 Spindles

    I have completed a disc brake conversion on my dana 27. I now have a narrow track dana 30 with drums. My question: will my dana 27 spindles work on my dana 30.

    No. Axles are bigger. D27 is bushed and the D30 has a needle bearing. There's probably differences in the backside too (closed vs. open knuckle).
