fiberglass tub/tranny cover

    I bought a set of replacement floor covers (used) and found they don't fit my fiberglass tub. The original tub is still on the jeep and has a couple of generations of patching done so I haven't tried to remove or look under them. How important is it to have this kind of tranny access?

    If I need to I can make a fiberglass cover. thanks.

    The newer(76+) tubs don't have any removable floor cover, but they do have a bigger transmission tunnel. Do you have the right year range for the floors?

    The covers fit the shape of the center but the outside bolt flange areas sit about 1.5" off the floor. thanks
