rocker arm rebuild

    On the valve stem side of the rocker arm on a 225 v6 there is a hardened piece of steel that comes in contact with the valve stem. It is easily removed by pushing a nail through the hole and they come right. mine are wearing thin and need to be replaced. They are obviously designed to be replaced. So has anyone done it, what are they called and are they still available anywhere.
