I 'm doin the power steering conversion and the pitman arm hole on the new POWER STEERING box is too big for the stock tie rod end on the existing linkage which I would like to re-use since it's good & tight. Will a later model tie rod end that fits the pitman arm fit in my existing drag link ? I think the box came off a 70's Wagoneer. It has the 76 stamp on it.

I think you just need a P/S pitman arm for a CJ application.
This pitman arm would install onto the P/S box, and would be the correct diameter hole size for the CJ tie rod ends, assuming yours are stock.
The waggy pitman arm may have a larger diameter hole for the drag link tie rod end, as it is for D44 front axle (and tie rods, larger diameter).
Is this what you are asking ?

Waggy stuff is a larger diameter. I had to bore out, with a tapered bit, my TJ pitman arm to accept the Waggy drag link but my Cherokee steering box shaft fit fine.

    jpflat2a ,
If the P/S pitman arm for a CJ application bolts right up to the waggy p/s box then that's what I need. I was wondering if a pitman arm off a 3 bolt ps box would work since they're easier to find then one off a CJ.
