Looking to replace my RC2.5" lift springs with something that might actually flex(else I need a kidney belt). I'd like to stay around 2.5" as it is in a 72 CJ5 and I don't want to change the driveshaft out. I do want to change over to YJ springs to help out with the flex issue.

Anyways I see RE has discontinued their 2.5" YJ extreme duty springs and BDS has 2 or 3.5 inch.

    1. Has anyone used the standard duty RE springs?
    2. Do you think the 3.5" BDS springs would be too much for the stock driveshaft?

    3. I heard the RE springs require a swaybar for road driving due to the flexing. Any experience on a CJ5?

    Thanks for the opinions.
