AMC starter motor auto gearbox to manual

    Can anyone tell me if the tooth count / starter motor is the same for a conversion from auto gearbox to a manual box (both are AMC units) i.e. flexplate to flywheel?

    The listings I see do not show different starter part numbers for automatic or manual transmissions.
