    I have searched and read to no avail. Maybe I couldn't find the answer because it is a silly question but...can a powered? saginaw steering box be used manually? i can post pics of the box if that will help answer. thanks

    If you want excessively hard steering yes. Ever try to steer a power steering car without the engine running? That's what it's like all the time. It is easier when moving but still not easy
