I am no expert, but from what I have read you need a brake porportioning valve so the Disc/Drum setup will work correctly. As far as power brakes, my 75 CJ came with an OEM power drum brake setup. Last year the booster and the MC went south.. I ended up buying a booster/MC combo from Summit. BUT, the original booster is a 7" dual booster, and the one I bought was an 8" single.. I did some creative engineering to get it to work. Also the thread fittings on the new MC are different than the old MC. I had to find an adapter to use.. The new MC is a Corvette style.. I have since located a 7" inch dual booster, which I plan to purchase and install later this year. I don't know what size the fittings are on your Blazer setup, so I am thinkin you may have to run a bigger line, just something to check on.
