I am going to be running a TF-999 in my CJ-6. I intend to use a tilt column with column shift. I figured I would end up with the column and auto brake pedal from either an 80+ CJ or Grand Wagoneer. I have a fiberglass tub so I know I will have to mess with anything I put in there to get it to work.

Is anyone here running a tilt column with a pedal from an auto in their intermediate tub? If so what column and pedal assembly did you use and what did you do to make it work?

I searched and found quite a few people asking but no answers.

I used pedals for a stick shift from a later model CJ. You could use the same and remove the clutch pedal. Can't see why it would not work in a 74. I had to make a couple modification to make it work with my floorboards. Tilt column came out of a 71ish Monte Carlo.
