Anybody have an AMC V8 and a TF auto tranny?

Did you drop your crossmember to gain body clearance and if so how much?

My TF-999 auto tranny and Dana 300 transfer case won't clear my fiberglass tub and I don't want to have to body lift it if I can help it. I may build some spacer blocks to go in between the frame and crossmember but I want to know what others did. I am using factory V8 CJ motor mounts and a stock 2 bolt YJ tranny mount with a 72-74 style crossmember and a 75 frame. Its a CJ-6 so there are no driveline length issues and I am running no lift so there isn't too much concern for driveline angle yet. I will deal with angles later if I have to.

Its too hot here to actually work on the Jeep but I got some measurements done.
