I just got off of the phone with Turner 4WD and we were talking about this. Now, I did not buy one yet, but Gene told me that the shipping cost on the floor pans is expensive.

So, if you are thinking about buying one, Turner in Atlanta could be a good source, AND, you can probably save a buck or two with a road trip!

ditto on shipping, but if they can freight it for you it'd be a different story. i had a rear and two fenders, and everything else i needed to go through the 71 ordered at once and freighted to a warehouse... something like 60.00 total.

i've done a front on a willys though, not too difficult. the hardest part is cutting out the old one IMO. after that fit the new one in and tack away.

I bought panals from Classic Enterprises. Their panals are sold all apart. If you are going to remove the hole floor you will find the body is very weak. I only removed one side at a time. This way the body didn't fold in half.

Has anyone found a source for the 'tunnel'? For the first time I need to do the driver side and replace a hacked up tunnel on a new body.

BTW - I like the pannels and hat channels from Classic.

I bought one from Karl Walch about three years ago. Came with everything starting from the slope under the dash to the cross brace at the step up into the cargo area. The brace and the tool box come unattached. All parts but the cross brace were primered. Came UPS.

I got one of the whole floor sections from Krage MS (IIRC $209+$50 shipping). Probably the same one everyone sells. It wasn't too bad to put in, even though I really had no idea what I was doing as I had never done anything like that before.

Followed suggestions of folks on the board for removing the old floor, like drilling out the spot welds etc. Removed and retained the toolbox that way. Once the old was out w/ help of torch and cutting wheel (mostly rusted away anyhow) cleaned up area and new section went in, with a little persuading the fit was pretty close.

I took pics of the process and will try to post if wanted and if I can find the time.
