What year is my Dauntless ?

my intake states its a 2 barrel V6 dauntless,
but the title says 57548139868, have no idea where that came from at all and what the last numbers mean. I looked on the engine block and there are no ID tags, nothing else on firewall except the Willy labels with other numbers like 454GB219614. Could

The VIN number is useless to id the engine on these vehicles. The best thing to do to identify the engine is to get the casting numbers off the back of the engine block above the bellhousing. Then use the links and info in this thread to compare the numbers.
