On the 225 that's going back into my CJ, I've got a set of the Offy Finned Valve covers.

Unfortunately, I'm not near the Jeep at the moment, and I need to order up a Breather/PVC Valve for it. I know it's got a twist in Oil fill, and what I recall being like a 1-1/4" Hole on the one cover, and possibly just the twist in Oil Fill on the other side.

Can any of you fine gentlemen (and I use the term loosely) point me towards breathers/caps that will fit these covers? I've been googling all morning, with no luck, and would like to get em ordered up from Summit or Speedway or whoever so they'll be here before the weekend....

Your going to need to measure them. I have several Kenne Bell covers and have seen several Offy ones. Usually, only one hole was 'factory' as the others were drilled and fitted later. Other than the one hole in each set, there is no 'standard' size to get a fit to.

If you don't want to wait. Order a couple sizes from Summit and ship the nonused back. They are great with that.

i have a set of offy covers part # 5881 that i bought at a swap meet and never used. i just dug them out of their hiding place, one has a cutout for an oil filler cap. it also has a pvc grommet , the hole on that one measures 1 1/8" from the inside. the other cover has a knock out for a filler cap still in it, it also has a round grommet in another hole for the breather tube for the air cleaner i assume. it measures 1 5/16" from the inside. i can't pull the grommets as they are hard as a rock and i'll never get them back in. The one with the round grommet is for the drivers side as someone has ground the rear fins down for clearance, when i test fit them on my motor the drivers side had very little clearance with the firewall.

Thanks guys. I ordered what I figured were close for grommets, should have enough that I won't have it running this weekend with great gaping holes in the valve covers.
