1973 cj5 pto winch questions

    1973 CJ5 PTO WINCH QUESTIONS

    I am looking around for a PTO Winch for my 73CJ5 and have a few questions: I have a Ramsey STC-3 PTO that will bolt up to my Dana 20 TC. I see numerous 8,000lb 14 inch drum PTO winches on cragslist etc but....1) What PTO winch will correctly fit? Would a winch set-up from a 1969 CJ5 fit (not the PTO as the 69 would use the D-18..) within the frame and would the driveshaft from the winch to PTO shaft be the same? It seems that most PTO winches would work with an output shaft on the driver's side?

    I know PTO winches were falling out of favor on the CJ's from 1972-1979 using the Dana 20 but I know they are out there. Any ideas?
