The studs holes had become wallowed out and no longer held the studs in place. After days of looking through several catalogs, I decided to use a Wilwood 5/8" stud that had a .685" knurl from Speedway Motors. They also had the correct drill bit which made it real easy. I drilled the hubs and wheels using the bit. The rotors I used a stepped drill bit and a dremel with a barrel sander roll to gain clearance for the knurl. I pressed them in with my HF 12 ton press, a very tight fit and perfect knurl length. Had to cut off the speed tips (they're racing studs). New lug nuts are on the way so I don't have pictures of them on the jeep yet, but here's the finished product.
