`70ish CJ5s?

    Pictures of the 4-speed floor pans. These are from an Intermediate with a 258, but I expect the V6 plates are the same. The TC shifter is different, but that does not intrude into the 4-speed plate.

    And a plate between the T18 and D18 transfer case..;)

    The J-truck t 18 combo is the same overall lenght as the turbo 400/20 combo so that all the drivelines and crossmember locations were the same in the trucks and waggies. If you use one behind a 225 in a flatty or a short nosed 5, it can be done if you move the radiator forward as well as the motor mounts. Tight fit and you only end up with a 13" driveline on a 80" wb Jeep. Cheap but not the best set-up out there.

    Wow. Looks like the boss had Ralph bend up those tranny cover floor pieces over his lunch. Ralph patched up B-17's during the war.

    My 1960 CJ5 with T98 came with the identical hand formed panel.
