Sorry, no pixs...but the badge is about 2 1/4 inches by 3/4 inches. It is divided into a top 1/2 (which the background is black with "Paint" and "Trim"). The bottom 1/2 is aluminum with the paint and trim code numbers embossed.

I don't have an answer for you but I would go with something strong enough to hold it on but not too strong that it can't be removed without damaging it. Maybe a small amount of high temperature silicone sealant would fit that bill.

Thanks! Right now it is in a plastic bag with all the other things that were in the glove box when I got the Jeep. Guess I don't want to loose it!!

I am missing mine, but what I do often, and what I did for my vin tag in addition to the screws, is use sheets of thin magnet material that is sticky on one side, trim it to fit the placard, stick it on, then stick it on!
I did all my dash stickers that way. Downside is when I go somewhere cold, I think they are gonna curl on me. You won't have that problem with the trim badge.

Thanks for the great idea. I'm off today to find that magnet material and give it a try!

    Contact Adhesive

You can put the CA on the emblem, place it on the firewall while the CA is still wet and tape in place until it dries and it will be on there for good.
