    I want to get this jeep and build it up for the wifey wife, and give it too her for her b-day, i figured $500.00 aint bad at all. Plus with the like 1,000 years of knowledge on the site, figured id get a good opinion.

    I've seen worse Jeeps sell for more.
    $500 seems like an OK price
    Offer the guy $350, then come up 50 at a time if you have to :D

    Looks pretty good. Not much cosmetic work needed.

    $500 seems cheap, but if you can't drive it, there's more risk. Does it run?

    Yes it runs, a lil smokey, but... pto winch works fine its got the 6 cyl., just needs some tlc. I have driven it round the seabee yard.

    Huh. PTO winch is a plus.

    BTW that's not an intermediate - V6, short hood and fenders. Probably get more feedback in the ECJ5 Dauntless forum

    If it runs, thats a good deal. Worst case you could sell the parts and recoup your initial investment three times over. Good advice about offering $350 and going up from there.

    The price is about right, but you sure you're building this one for the wifey??? They tend to like all the creature comforts of say, a Grand Cherokee. ;)

    That's a Ramsey Rhino winch, I believe. Dunno what the rest of the rig is worth to you, but it looks like a good start on a project. I'm partial to PTO winches, so I vote for make an offer!

    Well were gonna try to go on a cruise for our anniv. july 2. But she has been wanting a jeep for her own self, to go riding and trails, etc. etc. her b-day is 30 jul so..
