The top is on !

 

There is no identification plate on the top . The back does not match , but for 300 I could not pass on it ! i have had it for over a year . Any idea of what kind it is would be very helpful! I have the doors, I just threw the soft doors on it was cold .

 

It was a rainy cold day . So started the front bumper . Nice to weld to something that will hold a bead . Instead of stop move stop move !

 

Not much going on . I have been working on the tail gate trying to get it ready for primer . I also have been working on the duct work for the heater . to cold to work outside ,plus there is 4 inches of snow covering the jeep .

I have cabin fever so, i started priming the tailgate and painting the oil filter . Wheelie does the oil filter look better??

 

I am not making the tailgate perfect because i would just buy a new one if i wanted that . Under the hood though i am trying to make look new !

 

Body work on the tailgate is fun , welding , grinding and priming . The sanding is so boring !!!!!

 

before the rain hit ! I will adjust the grill to hood I guess?????

 

Got fuel tank in need to be mounted . started putting the trans covers on ,then the rain started !!!

 

got the steering box tightened up . Hooked the gas pedal . started the jeep with a brand new battery . The old one had a bad cell. ran like a champ . moved it out the mud hole in the driveway .hooked up the new muffler started spitting an backfiring . to it up the street for the first time . THE TRANSFER CASE has a serious whine i will change the fluid and see it it helps ,I am praying that is it . It was not the transmission . Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!!

 

Oh learned i have the muffler backwards !!!!!!

 

Well i got a lot done today! Fixed the muffler . Changed the engine and the transfer case oil . Got the fuel line ran from the gas tank to the front by the fuel pump . Bolted the gas tank down . Found out napa sold me the wrong brake lines for the front . As usual the Napa store here got it wrong !!! I am beat !!
