I have a '74 CJ6 frame. I'd like to see pics of the mounting for the power steering box on the frame and what parts I need to pickup for mounting the unit.

    Thanks

It has a cast bracket that slides into the frame rail. Besides that, all you need are bolts. The power steering bracket has four tabs for the gear, the manual bracket has three. I can take pictures in the light but there's not much to see...

This thread has a picture of a broken factory mount. ( if you want to see one)
It just bolts to the frame in existing holes you should have.
Tim mentions correctly the only difference is the 3 or 4 box mounting holes.

Thanks, that helps, and I was looking at AA site already. I think I'll order one of their brackets. I figured it was a top and side mount thing. My frame does not have a PS unit, nor the bracket attached.

The parts books just don't show a good picture/diagram of that bracket.
The factory bracket for 72-75 shouldn't be that hard to find, either manual or power.
