Steering Box Cj Vs Yj

Are the mounting points the same for a late/intermediate steering box and a YJ steering box mount? Power unit, so I believe both are four bolt. I have seen 3 bolt manual boxes.

I worded that wrong are the bolt patterns the same?

 

Methinks the question is whether the YJ uses the 4-bolt gears rather than the contemporary 3-bolt gears (like the S-10 and Blazer used). Looking at RockAuto, they picture a 4-bolt PS gear for an '89 Wrangler.

 

From talking with AGR, the 3 hole and 4 hole Saginaw gear boxes have the same bolt pattern, so a YJ box will fit where a CJ box was, and versa vise-a.
