Under seat Gas vent

    Where is the vent line for the under seat tank supposed to go? Mine was down through the floor but all the hot stuff down there makes that seem unsafe.
    Advise needed.

    The under-seat tank vents through the gas cap; no vapor recovery. There's a return line in the level sending unit - maybe that's what you think is the vent?

    Oh I see. I guess I wait for my mechanical fuel pump to arrive and see if it has a return line "out" on it then.
