Late 60's 4 cyl CJ6 Renegade

I never heard of a CJ6 Renegade but the long stripe on the bottom says I'm wrong. 4 cyl is unusual too but a buddy says yes you could get it that way. He asked if it had the white soft top and was one of the three or four available colors. It was. Note the seats too. Anyone hear of one like this. Noticed it last week. It's one of the two I'm selling

 

that looks like a Renegade decal package from 1980 CJs thats been added to that Jeep
had the stripe along the bottom of the doors as well
looking for a pic for you.....

 

Yes, I see that type of decal package in my book and those fender flares are not correct either.

the pic doesn't show it but the hood decals are individual lines or stripes as shown on the Jeep you pictured
100% positive 1980s vintage decal kit on that Jeep

would date the tub to early '60's by the battery box on the cowl.

 

I agree, look at where the last "e" on Renegade is. It practically falls off the end of the hood. With another (what was it?) 4" or so of hood length like a post '72 model it would fit properly.
